We are pleased to announce that submissions for the 2025 Aarhus International Short Film Festival are now open! This is your chance to show your film and be part of a festival of diverse narratives and global innovation.

Aarhus International Short Film Festival is dedicated to addressing issues of representation outside the mainstream media. We focus on inclusiveness, diversity and innovation to provide a platform for filmmakers around the world to share their stories.

The Aarhus International Short Film Festival encourages filmmakers from around the world to showcase their talents and creativity, telling stories of diversity, inclusiveness and social change. New Directors and experienced filmmakers alike can use the platform to share unique perspectives.
· Participate in the whole process of film production guidance and discussion, from the creative to the finished film.
· Provide technical support and post production editing for your movies to help achieve the best results for short films.
· Experience the screening and interaction of excellent short films from around the world, and meet people in the film industry.
· During the film festival, your short film will be screened in professional cinemas for the public and industry judges.
· The film festival will select multiple awards such as Best Short Film and Best Director, and present rewards.
· You will receive professionally processed high-definition short film files for future display and distribution.
